Paula Hamilton Wild Underwater Woman

My mother taught me to dive and swim by the time I was two. She called me her dolphin – and still does! I was never afraid and ever since then water and I have had a thing going on. I love wild water swimming in rivers, lakes and the sea. It’s the complete freedom I love.

I do most of my swimming underwater and can hold my breath and swim for 2 minutes. I also hold a PADI diving licence, but prefer to free-style dive without scuba equipment. Occasionally I will I use a snorkel, mask and flippers to zing along on a strong current – the speed is exhilarating!

I am overwhelmed by the response to the Wild Water Woman film I filmed, produced and directed.

There have been many interesting and exciting questions asked. Just to let you know that new videos will be posted in 2 weeks’ time.

Last night I beat my record of two minutes and added 15 more seconds. And within the next few weeks I’m planning to sit still at the bottom of a lake for 3 minutes!

Thank you for your amazing comments. I feel so connected to those that can feel the energies of water….we just have a thing going on.

All my love Paula xx
